At the end of June 2002, the parliamentary report became known regarding the abuses committed by the Fujimori government through its reproductive health programs, which victimized nearly 350,000 Peruvian men and women. We reproduce paragraphs from Chapter III, in which the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA or FNUAP) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) are implicated, and Chapter VII in its entirety. The report consists of 109 pages.
