Ayacucho Court Rejects and Archives Complaint Against Prosecutor Olazábal

The instructional chamber of the Ayacucho Court rejected and sent to archive the complaint against human rights prosecutor Cristina Olazábal for alleged malfeasance. "Today (yesterday) we were notified of the Resolution — dated April 22, 2010 — which resolves to declare no grounds for opening an investigation against Cristina Olazábal, while also ordering the archiving of the complaint against her," reported Gloria Cano of Aprodeh.
