PHILIPPIC 5. A NEW CLASSIFICATION OF SOCIETY
Dominique Moïsi in her 2007 article "THE CLASH OF EMOTIONS" and the following year Tzvetan Todorov with his book "LA PEUR DES BARBARES" (The Fear of Barbarians) examine the global situation from a new perspective: what characterizes countries and conditions their behavior are emotions. According to this theory there are four types of countries: 1. Countries of fear. 2. Countries of appetite. 3. Countries of resentment, humiliation. 4. Undecided countries.
