The Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación (CVR) submitted to the Public Ministry 47 cases of serious human rights violations to be investigated and reported to the Judiciary. In this report, the LEGAL DEFENSE AREA OF THE IDL provides an account of the conditions and status of those cases, as well as the individuals involved in those investigations.
