The spark ignited by Sendero 19 years ago seems to be extinguished with the capture of "Feliciano." Without political leadership, the Sendero organization is beginning to crumble, and despite "Feliciano's" efforts, an organization like Sendero could not survive on military actions alone. For that very reason, the capture of "Artemio" is only a matter of time.
