As usual, Archbishop Cipriani launched an attack on the OAS commission. Once again, the Archbishop of Ayacucho spoke freely, as if our country had seen no disappearances, extrajudicial executions, infamous car bombs, mysterious judicial vendettas, harassment of journalists, astounding phone tapping, tortured people speaking on the threshold of their suffering, police and military abuses, or the brutality of terrorist groups.
