Interview with artist Lika Mutal, creator of the memorial "El ojo que llora" (The Eye That Cries), who reflects on how violence can become an endless spiral. This follows the fact that on September 23, 2007, the work inaugurated in August 2005 to pay tribute to the victims of terrorism was vandalized by unknown individuals who covered the monument with paint and destroyed some of the stones on which the names of those killed during Peru's internal armed conflict had been inscribed.
