Colina Again - Opinion Column
The noisy reappearance of the Colina group on the national scene reveals that the killers of La Cantuta are in good health and enjoy flaunting their power. The flowers and the threatening note sent to the Asociación Pro Derechos Humanos (Aprodeh) are consistent with the modus operandi of that death squad. In 1993, when journalist Cecilia Valenzuela published several reports on the subject in CARETAS, she also received flowers and intimidating notes. Published November 23, 1995.
