Minister Pastor Delays Extradition of Murderer

The Asociación de Familiares de las víctimas de la matanza de Accomarca filed a constitutional complaint yesterday with the Attorney General, Gladys Echaíz, against the Minister of Justice, Aurelio Pastor, whom they accuse of obstructing the processing of the judicial extradition request for former Army non-commissioned officer David Castañeda Castillo, held in the United States as one of those responsible for the massacre of 69 peasants in Ayacucho, committed by soldiers during the first government of Alan García.
