The State Has a Great Pending Debt with Ayacucho
Former president of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación, Salomón Lerner, stated that the State has a great debt toward Ayacucho and lamented that, to date, little progress has been made in implementing the recommendations of the final report of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación, which, after intensive work, highlighted the primary needs of the thousands of families of victims and disappeared persons as a result of the internal conflict experienced between 1980 and 2000.
