Delay in Extradition of Perpetrator of Accomarca Massacre Denounced
The Peruvian Government is delaying 'alarmingly' the extradition proceedings to Peru of former Peruvian Army non-commissioned officer David Eduardo Castañeda Castillo, one of those responsible for the Accomarca massacre, denounced Karim Ninaquispe Gil, attorney for the next of kin of the 69 victims and legal representative of the Asociación para el Desarrollo Humano Runamasinchiqpaq (ADEHR).
