Cantoral Huamaní and García Santa Cruz vs. Peru Case - Sentence

Ruling of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights issued on July 10, 2007. It finds that the Peruvian State violated the right to life, personal integrity, personal liberty, freedom of association, and the rights to judicial guarantees and judicial protection, to the detriment of Saúl Cantoral Huamán and Consuelo García Santa Cruz, as well as their family members.
