Constitutional Court Upholds Complaint Against Decision That Sought to Close the El Frontón Case

The Tribunal Constitucional (TC) has just issued an important ruling on human rights matters. This is the ruling in case No. 245-2007-Q/TC, dated December 14, 2007. It is significant because through it, the TC has decided to examine the merits of a decision by a chamber of the Poder Judicial that ordered the dismissal of the prosecutor's complaint against those allegedly responsible for the Matanza del Frontón.
