CVR's Conclusions about the Armed Forces Were False and Slanderous
The conclusions of the CVR are false and slanderous against the Armed Forces. That is how Defense Minister Rafael Rey characterized the final report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (CVR) regarding the role played by the Armed Forces in the armed conflict (1980–2000).
