The Indigenous Person as Limit - Opinion Column
At the end of August, six years passed since the delivery of the final report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (CVR). However, one must ask why, to this day, the report continues to generate controversy, inflame passions, and so little progress has been made in implementing its recommendations. One answer is the resistance of the military. Another is the existence of sectors sympathetic to militarism and also hostile to anything called human rights. Published on September 5, 2009.
