The Truth and Reconciliation Commission: A First Step Toward a Country Without Injustices - Report
In the report, in addition to supporting the extensive recommendations of the Commission, Amnesty International includes a series of recommendations to the Peruvian authorities to advance toward the right to truth, justice, and reparations for victims of abuses and violations of human rights, and to prevent the recurrence of the tragic events that took place during the internal armed conflict.
