Lack of Resources Prevents Identification of Peasants Murdered in Putis in Ayacucho
After 24 years, twenty-eight of the 92 peasants murdered by soldiers in the Ayacucho village of Putis have been identified and buried, thanks to the painstaking work of the Equipo Peruano de Antropología Forense (EPAF).
