CVR's Conclusions about the Armed Forces Were False and Slanderous
That is how Defense Minister Rafael Rey characterized the final report of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación (CVR) regarding the role played by the Armed Forces in the armed conflict (1980-2000).
