This publication is the second in a series whose other components are the Rapporteurship Reports 'Forced Disappearance—State Commitments' (January 2017) and 'Forensic, Humanitarian, and Judicial Challenges in the Recovery and Identification of Disappeared Persons' (June 2017), edited by the Observatory of Transitional Justice of Universidad Diego Portales (Chile).
