Social exclusion and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
Documentary video belonging to the series "Democracia ayer y hoy," produced by the Documentation Center of the Instituto Bartolomé de las Casas. This episode deals with the work of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación and how that organization not only revealed the number of victims of the Peruvian internal armed conflict of 1980–2000, but also exposed the situation of social exclusion in which the majority of the approximately 70,000 victims were living.
