Democratic Governance and Political Party Systems
This thesis entitled "Democratic Governance and the Political Party System: Responsibility of Political Organizations in the Construction of National Reconciliation through the Implementation of the Recommendations of the Comisión de la Verdad y la Reconciliación in the Provinces of Huanta and La Mar — Ayacucho Region," offers an analysis of the municipal management carried out by local government political groups during the years 2007 and 2008 in relation to their behavior in implementing the recommendations of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación Report.
