Local Reparation Policies in Ayacucho. Reparations Without Repairers?
This research seeks to explain the origins of reparations policies for victims of the internal armed conflict in Peru in four municipalities of the department of Ayacucho, understood as rare exceptions within a broader political landscape of distance and disinterest in such policies.
