Fourth Annual Report of the Reparations Council (October 2009 – October 2010)
Upon completing its fourth consecutive year of work (in 2010), the Consejo de Reparaciones fulfills its duty to deliver this report to the Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros and to the country, giving an account of the activities carried out during the last year of work. This document details the progress achieved as well as the difficulties encountered in fulfilling our mandate: the development of the Registro Único de Víctimas (RUV) for the violence suffered by our country between 1980 and 2000.
