Comprehensive Reparations Program.
Among the ultimate objectives of the Final Report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission is to present to the entire country — to the whole national community without exception — certain products of its work that, by way of recommendations, can guide the immediate and medium-term future actions of the State and society aimed at healing the wounds caused by violence, preventing the past from repeating itself, and creating conditions for reconciliation. One of those products is the attached Comprehensive Reparations Plan.
