Lessons from the Andes: Local Reparation Experiences.
On the third anniversary of the delivery of the Final Report of the Truth Commission, the Asociación Paz y Esperanza presents nine successful experiences in reparation projects in communities in the regions of Huánuco, Ayacucho, and Apurímac, where this institution carries out its work. The aim is simply to demonstrate the importance of joint action among civil society, victims' and affected persons' organizations, and municipalities in the granting of reparations.
