The ABC of reparations.
One of the recommendations of the Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación was to ask the State to provide reparations to victims of the internal armed conflict for the harm caused to them and to the communities where they lived. Already in the CVR's Final Report, a Comprehensive Reparations Plan for victims was discussed as an indispensable element for achieving reconciliation in our country. This work shows in detail the steps to be followed for the state to implement these reparations.
