Martin Rivas escapes through one of the side windows of Congress
Martin Rivas, identified as the head of the Grupo Colina, escapes through one of the side windows of Congress to avoid the press siege and the condemnation of relatives of the victims of the Barrios Altos and La Cantuta massacres. Rivas appeared before parliament on January 18 and 19, 1998, at the request of the Human Rights Commission.
