Murder of Jorge Napoleon and others in Aynaca-Ámbar

In 1989, the police arrested and killed Jorge Napoleón, Goñe León López and Vibiana López Collazos in Aynaca-Ámbar, accusing them of terrorism. This was part of the police response to the Shining Path offensive in coastal towns.
