A university student detained in Ñaña was transferred to DINCOTE where she suffered torture and repeated rape, fainting on multiple occasions and was threatened with disappearance.
A university student was arrested in the district of Ñaña on September 17, 1988. She was subsequently transferred to DINCOTE (Dirección Nacional contra el Terrorismo) where she was tortured and raped. The victim fainted repeatedly during the abuses. The perpetrators threatened to disappear her or take her to the Army, telling her that it would be worse there. The affiant stated that due to the torture and rape she even asked to be killed.
