Hildebrando Terrazas Quino and his pregnant wife detained and tortured in Capaya base
In August 1988, soldiers from the Capaya Base violently searched Hildebrando Terrazas Quino's home, scaring his 14-year-old son. They detained his wife, who had recently given birth, and interrogated her, beating her with guns on her legs. Hildebrando presented himself voluntarily and was detained for 3 days, subjected to torture: they stripped him naked, shot him with knives, put the FAL on his back and fired near his head.
