Massacre in the community of Yavina, Santo Tomás
Hikers killed the communal president and 5 other people in Yavina
A group of 14 hikers entered the community of Yavina forcing the population to gather. The hikers beat and killed the President of the community José Aroni Alvis, cut his neck and smashed his head with a stone. They also assassinated 5 other people in the presence of the assembled villagers.
