Constitution of the Provincial Federation of Mothers' Clubs of Huamanga with 270 affiliated clubs.
In 1988, the Provincial Federation of Mothers' Clubs of Huamanga was formed, with the participation of 270 mothers' clubs and other provincial guests. This organization emerged as a response to the problems arising from violence and represented an important organizational process for women in Ayacucho. The federation was the forerunner of the subsequent Departmental Federation of Mothers' Clubs (FEDECMA).
