Lucio Cruz Huamaní and two companions disappeared and presumably executed in Capaya Base
In 1988, Lucio Cruz Huamaní was taken to the Capaya Military Base where he was executed. According to the testimony of his sister Emilia Cruz Huamaní, she was told that her brother had been dismembered and thrown into a ravine, where he was buried. He was arrested along with Paulo Llacta and Efraín Ccala in Quilcaccasa, who are also still missing. They were possibly executed at the end of 1988 in Capaya.
