Rape of corpse of woman killed by PCP-SL
PCP-SL commander sexually violates corpse of murdered woman in Culebras, Pucallpa, Loreto
A declarant who was a former PCP-SL military commander says that on one occasion they killed a woman who was supposedly a snitch. The declarant says that since the woman was nice and pretty, five or ten minutes after killing her, he had sex with the corpse. Others asked him why he did not do it and he was the first to have sex with her when she was dead. The case evidences extreme sexual violence and desecration of the corpse.
