Meeting in Bombonaje between PCP-SL and drug traffickers

Meeting between Comrade 'Mancini' of the PCP-SL and drug trafficking firms in Bombonaje, which followed a series of talks initiated with Uchiza's firms. At this meeting, Mancini possibly agreed to the first document stipulating the conditions to which the firms would have to adhere in order to continue participating in the drug market. The agreement established the quota rates that had to be paid to operate 'legally' in the area. This document formed part of a set of conditions that the PCP-SL wanted to push through in order to better subject the firms to its control.
