Capture of Lucero Cumpa Miranda dismantled MRTA organization in Lima
Lucero Cumpa Miranda, responsible for metropolitan work and member of the MRTA Central Committee, was captured. The capture of Cumpa and other militants dealt a serious blow to the MRTA and practically dismantled its organization in many areas of Lima.
