Shining Path forcibly recruited a 16-year-old boy who died in combat in Huaytará.
The Shining Path forcibly recruited the 16-year-old son of a declarant, threatening to kill the whole family if they did not hand him over. The subversives said 'Your son has to accompany us to death' and 'If you don't let your son go with us, we will kill your whole family'. Some time passed and a subversive returned to tell that in a confrontation in a place called Tambo they all died, including her son. The mother complained, 'Fuck! Why did they take my son; they took him to kill him'.
