Series of PCP-SL attacks against police posts in highland provinces

In June 1987, in the high provinces of Cuzco, the PCP-SL began a series of attacks against various police posts. In addition, subversives and abigeos acted in the districts of Chamac and Livitaca, province of Chumbivilcas, demonstrating the convergence between subversive activity and common delinquency.
