Hikers attack on police post in Pisac leaves one civilian guard dead
The PCP-SL attacked the Pisac police post, resulting in the death of Civil Guard Jaime Quispe. This attack was part of the systematic strategy of harassment of police forces in rural areas of Cuzco.
