Massive mobilization from Huaycán to Plaza San Martín to demand demands
The residents of Huaycán carried out a massive mobilization to the Plaza San Martín in Lima to demand that the authorities fulfill the community's demands. The mobilization had a double message: reject the PCP-SL and the APRA veto. During the march, the PCP-SL attempted acts of violence and the leaders had to multiply their efforts to neutralize them. The results of this march were null and void.
