Assassination of two civilian guards Edgar Vizcarra and Gilberto Aspajo by PCP-SL in Lima
Members of the Civil Guard Edgar Vizcarra and Gilberto Aspajo were killed by the PCP-Sendero Luminoso on their way to work. This double murder was part of the strategy of selective annihilations against the forces of law and order.
