Woman arrested for the third time in April or May 1986 in Cangallo and systematically raped by a military commander who had sexually harassed her since previous arrests. The perpetrator threatened and abused her repeatedly, mocking her after each rape.
A woman was arrested for the third time in April or May 1986 in the District of Cangallo and taken to a military base where she was sexually abused again by the same commander who had raped her in previous arrests. The commander forcibly undressed her, tearing all her underwear with a knife and at other times with his weapon. The victim reports that she was subjected to systematic sexual harassment by the commander, who would call her at the base every time she left her school, and after each rape he would taunt her with the words 'you're a rich terruca'. This was the victim's third detention, having previously been detained in April 1985 and August 1985.
