Murder of Brígida Pérez Chávez and Alejandro Baldeón Pérez
Witnesses of the Accomarca massacre were murdered by military personnel.
On September 8, 1985, military personnel killed Brigida Perez Chavez and her son Alejandro Baldeon Perez, who were witnesses to the massacre that took place in Accomarca on August 14. This murder was part of a pattern of eliminating surviving witnesses of the massacre.
