II MRTA Central Committee where the pre-revolutionary period was reaffirmed.
The MRTA held its II Central Committee in which it reaffirmed the perception of being in a pre-revolutionary period. The MRTA leaders agreed on the deconcentration of their forces and the publication of a spokesperson under the name Venceremos, as well as the implementation of a clandestine radio station called 4 de Noviembre.
