Constitution of ANFASEP
Formal constitution of ANFASEP as an organization of relatives of the disappeared in Ayacucho.
In 1985, the Committee of Relatives of the Disappeared formed in 1983 took the name of National Association of Relatives of the Kidnapped-Detainees-Disappeared in Areas under State of Emergency (ANFASEP). This organization was dedicated to the search for disappeared relatives, developing action strategies such as marches, public denunciations, meetings with Human Rights NGOs and local, national and international authorities.
