Nine guerrilla fighters captured in Paucartambo

Nine guerrillas were captured by the police in the province of Paucartambo, department of Cuzco, confiscating rifles, a large quantity of ammunition and uniforms. For the MRTA it was a very hard blow as a consequence of the liberalism, superficiality and disorder with which its militants worked. They had been setting up their main camp since the end of 1983.
