Hooded soldiers detain, torture and kill young man in Vista Alegre, Carmen Alto, Ayacucho
Six armed and hooded soldiers violently entered the affiant's home and took one of her sons. The affiant was able to observe the vehicle where he was taken and later identified him at the Casa Rosada. A tall, white-skinned and robust military man grabbed her and threatened her. The affiant found her son dead near the road, with his head tied with a blue sweater, without a jacket or shoes, without his right arm and his body completely beaten. The prosecutor refused to go to see the body.
