Detention and rape in Huanta Stadium

In 1984, in the Huanta Stadium, there were arbitrary detentions accompanied by threats of rape. One informant testified that she was threatened with rape during her detention there. The events occurred in the context of law enforcement operations in emergency zones, where the detained women were subjected to various types of sexual violence and threats.
