Death of Sixta Quispe Licas

Sixta Quispe Licas was a leader of Rondas Campesinas in Ayacucho who died in 1984. She held the position of President or leader of the Rondas Campesinas. According to the CVR's records, the alleged perpetrators of her death were State agents. Her case is part of the documentation on women leaders killed and/or disappeared during the internal armed conflict in Peru.
