Military detained woman seeking information on missing relative; never heard from again
The sister-in-law and mother-in-law of a complainant went to inquire about the whereabouts of their relative at the Asquipata barracks. On their return, in the place called Huarmiyacu, they were intercepted by military personnel. They arrested Mrs. Nelly Salvatierra Pomasoncco, put her in the car and returned her to the Asquipata base, where she never left again. This occurred on August 26 at around 10:00 a.m.
